We assure you that the use of such personal information for testimonials shall require a separate document to be signed by us and yourself.

We may include certain Personal Data for longer periods of time if necessary for legal, contractual, and accounting obligations. Such information includes name, email address, and behavior tracking, as long as you elect to remain on our mailing list, and any additional personal information as long as it is needed in order to fulfill the purpose for which it was initially collected, such as completing a purchase. If at any point you elect to be removed from our database, your information will be deleted, and no longer retained.
